Rocco Manfredi is a Residential and Commercial Sales Representative with Royal LePage Team Realty Brokerage in Ottawa, Ontario. With 29 years of experience, he shares a keen understanding of the market and exceptional insight for Sales and Negotiations. Rocco has been fortunate enough to have seen major swings in the marketplace, from the very active late 1980’s market to the downward slide in the 1990’s and again back to the booming last decade we have encountered. His experience has enabled him to sell Single and Multi- Residential Family properties, Retail Plazas, Land Development as well as Industrial Warehouses. While some Sales Representatives may find it difficult to deal with face- to- face and one- on- one situations, Rocco has a strong and unique ability to work with all types of Buyers, Sellers, Developers and fellow Realtors. The key for longevity in this exciting business is to identify a client’s needs and requirements. He thrives on getting to know each client and fellow Sales Representative on a business level, as well as a personal one. Rocco was born and raised in Ottawa and is very well respected throughout the community. He attended Glebe Collegiate Institute from 1979 until 1983. From 1983 until 1987 Rocco attended Carleton University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts. Soon after graduating, he began his career in Real Estate and became a member of the Ottawa Real Estate Board. On a personal note, his passions include music, song-writing, golf, football, soccer and occasionally a good bottle of wine! As a first generation Italian- Canadian, Rocco also fluently speaks Italian and French.

DANITRA LAUREN MCMULLEN

Danitra is our newest sales representative and is a tremendous addition to our team.  She is a graduate of Algonquin College’s Graphic Design Program (Advanced Diploma) and possesses a vast knowledge of web-based solutions.  Soon after graduation, Danitra was hired as a graphic designer with a respected Ottawa-based marketing firm.  Within two months, after demonstrating solid business leadership skills, she was promoted to Creative Director.  This role was an important building block prior to her growing interest in a career in residential real estate.

She earned her real estate license in 2016, but has worked in high-end residential real estate in the National Capital for several years.  She comes to our team with expertise and experience in graphic design, luxury property real estate photography and social media marketing.  These strengths and skills uniquely position Danitra with the ability to utilize the most up-to-date tools to market homes in the most media savvy ways possible.

She has a proven tenacity for finding the best solutions for her clients and is absolutely customer-service driven.  As a former competitive soccer player, who remains very active in the sport, she knows the importance of working hard to achieve challenging goals and understands the value of working in a fast-paced team environment.  In addition to growing up in an active sports-minded family, she grew up in a successful business leadership environment.  These influences provided a fundamental foundation for Danitra’s obvious leadership skills and strong business acumen.
