Rocco Manfredi

Rocco Manfredi is a Residential and Commercial Sales Representative with Royal LePage Team Realty Brokerage in Ottawa, Ontario. With over 36 years of experience, he shares a keen understanding of the market and exceptional insight for Sales and Negotiations.
Rocco has been fortunate enough to have seen major swings in the marketplace, from the very active late 1980’s market to the downward slide in the 1990’s and again back to the booming last decade we have encountered. His experience has enabled him to sell Single and Multi- Residential Family properties, Retail Plazas, Land Development as well as Industrial Warehouses. Rocco holds a vision of “Old School Honesty” and provides a firm commitment to Service and Integrity. He is one of Ottawa’s Top Individual Realtors, who is reputable among his Peers and Colleagues. His success is based upon his clients’ level of satisfaction. While some Sales Representatives may find it difficult to deal with face- to- face and one- on- one situations, Rocco has a strong and unique ability to work with all types of Buyers, Sellers, Developers and fellow Realtors. The key for longevity in this exciting business is to identify a client’s needs and requirements.
He thrives on getting to know each client and fellow Sales Representative on a business level, as well as a personal one. Rocco was born and raised in Ottawa and is very well respected throughout the community. He attended Glebe Collegiate Institute from 1979 until 1983. From 1983 until 1987 Rocco attended Carleton University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts. Soon after graduating, he began his career in Real Estate and became a member of the Ottawa Real Estate Board. On a personal note, his passions include music, song-writing, golf, football, soccer and occasionally a good bottle of wine! As a first generation Italian- Canadian, Rocco also fluently speaks Italian and French.
Jennifer Cameron
Sales Representative
Jennifer Cameron is a REALTOR® in residential real estate with Royal LePage Team Realty Brokerage in Ottawa, Ontario. She has over 25 years of sales experience, and welcomes interpersonal working relationships, and strives in understanding that not everyone’s situation is the same and requires individual attention and planning.
Jennifer’s educational background includes marketing & sales, health & fitness, forensic psychology, and real estate. Jennifer is thoughtful, a negotiator, and excels as a team member yet highly self driven. She has extensive experience in social media branding, promotion, and has worked in television and radio.
Jennifer also held the position as President of the Ladies Auxiliary of her local Royal Canadian Legion, and winner of the Regional Association of the West Quebecers community award. She also trained for and finished the Dead End Race as well as running events to raise funds for various causes. One of her fondest achievements was raising funds to implement a play structure for her children’s elementary school when they were young through her community involvement. Yes, she loves challenges, goals, and aims to succeed.
Her passion is her family, she loves training at the gym, enjoys golf (still learning), creating in the kitchen, and of course meeting and connecting people together.

Linda Roe
TEAM ADMINISTRATOR
Born and raised in Ottawa, Linda brings with her over 30 years of real estate experience from various roles. She started off working part time in a real estate office and quickly knew that she had an interest in pursuing this career.
She helped build a highly successful real estate company in Ottawa and helped them grow that particular office to over 130 agents, and was part of the leadership team that helped with the day to day operations of the business.
Linda is results oriented and committed to meeting and exceeding our clients’ expectations.
