Ottawa housing prices are up almost 31% year over year. To get some perspective on what lies ahead for both the residential and commercial real estate market in Ottawa and the surrounding area, we spoke with Rocco Manfredi, of Royal Lepage Team Realty Brokerage, who has over 33 years of experience in the industry.
